What is this section about... don't really get it? Can someone fill me in

Bredwin: Bredwin TV is the heart and the main driving platform within the CUNXTUESDAY website. It allows students to watch and send in film reels that if selected are uploaded onto the site. There are a total of 20 shows, scheduled in allotted days and times. Here is a sample list of the shows; Wok and Walk: Easy recipes on a budget, In a New York Minute: Things that you can quickly fix or do in 60 seconds. Simon Says: A quirky look at student fashion trends and Voice Mails: 30 second clips, comments and most importantly adverts.
