(Party)
She made me a hot cup of tea to ease my mild hangover. Looking back, I now notice that the tea looked oily at the top but I dismissed it as she encouraged me to drink up before it got cold.
As I took my time to sip the tea I could feel myself slipping in and out of a very deep sleep. I couldn't keep my eyes open. She sat in silence watching me. I looked at my phone and the time was about 07:30 in the morning. The next thing I remember was my phone falling out of my hand & me rolling onto my side with her back facing me. I then sunk into another deep sleep.
I was so tired that I couldn't answer her when she called me to see if I was asleep.
As I was semi conscious with my eyes closed, I can remember her grabbing my member and getting me hard. At this point my eyes opened wide & I was thinking 'this isn't really happening'. I felt so exhausted and I couldn't move - it felt like something was holding me down and all I could do was sleep.
I awoke again for the third time with her ridding me in the opposite direction. I couldn't comprehend what was happening, whether it was a dream or reality. I slowly arose up, only to find her pushing me back down onto the pillow. I then sunk into another bottomless slumber.
Finally I woke up feeling confused, dazed & extremely hungry. As my eyes slowly gathered focus I realised that the room had changed due to the time of day. She then asked me if I was "hungry" & I hesitantly replied 'yes'.
As she went to order food I made my way to the bathroom feeling drowsy. (I remember holding onto the side of the wall – I couldn't walk properly) My suspicions grew even more so, as I wasn't urinating straight and I felt greasy.

What's going on?
Did we have sex?
I can't remember.
I don't even see her in that way
I made my way downstairs trying to shrug off my disturbed dream. I was extremely hungry and ate two whole medium size pizzas to myself and left saying a cold goodbye. I remember I just wanted to get home.
After that day my mind was constantly rein-acting what had happened. A couple of weeks later my mad thoughts were confirmed as I read an article about a girl that had been a victim of a date rape drug. My dream had turned into reality - It really did occur.
"I decided to tell my story because I hope that it can help someone the same way I was helped by reading an article about another date rape drug victim."
And 'YES' I'm male - It can happen to anyone!

It's true. that you never really associate date rape with guys, however we are just as vulnerable to it as girls, in fact maybe we are easier victims because we don't think it could happen to us.

Date rape is becoming more common, it is a shame as it makes trusting people even harder and takes the fun out of going out and meeting new people. But in this case i think being overly cautious is a lot better than the risk. I never accept drinks from people i dont know unless i have seen it being made and always go out with reliable friends. I am sorry to hear about what happened to you and hope you are doing ok. Females like that need serious help.

This is the scariest thing about going out. You always have to have one eye on the dancefloor and one on your drink. I've heard of some cases, and I think its just really sociopathic.

That's a pretty remarkable story.
Although of course it's terrible such a thing happened to you, at least by sharing your experiences people can become more aware of what is a rapidly growing problem.

Sexual assault is still assault, whether you're a man or woman and I guess we don't tend to think of men being victims of rape, which probably only makes it harder for those men it does happen to. I think you're very brave for telling your story and hope you reported it to the police? Even if they're not able to do anything about it at this stage, it may well prevent her from doing it to someone else.
I think people can still go out and have fun, you just have to think about what you're doing and who you're with, and whether or not you know them well enough to trust them

This is really shocking to read, thank you for sharing your story with us.
I agree with the post made about guys never think it'll happen to them. This proves that is not true.
Please be careful when clubbing or partying around even if you are with people you know and trust.
It only takes a second for somebody to slip something into your drink.
